Why do we always need a trauma in our lives to make us get a grip?
I received this email last week from an instructor who recently read the quick start guide, "Creating Awesome Martial Arts Instructors".
"This is great work Sean. It made me think to document everything in a package that is current and systemised and to continually revise to improve. It reminded me to place my documents in the format of a business plan so it can be read and understood by people other than me."
The funny thing is that he is organised, intelligent, motivated and has 300 students. Wouldn't he already have a system for creating instructors? My guess is that he works really hard and makes good money but if he gets sick, it could fall apart.
The question now is, does he wait for a trauma, or does he act in advance?
We all know where the rewards are.
